As a liaison, I-Bridge does not perform the evaluation. Instead, we provide personalized assistance to help you navigate the ECE® process smoothly and efficiently. Whether you need a General Report or a Course-by-Course Report, our team ensures your documents are correctly prepared, submitted, and tracked—minimizing confusion and delays.

1. Wait for Confirmation & Reference Number

After you complete your payment and submit your information, you will receive an email confirmation with your Reference Number (e.g., Ref#M12345). Please keep this number for future use.

2. Request Your Official Electronic Transcript

Ask your university to send your official electronic transcript directly to the following email addresses:

The subject line of the email should be:Ref#M12345 – Your Full Name(Example: Ref#M12345 – John Doe)

3. Evaluation Delivery

I-Bridge will keep the official hard copy of your evaluation. Once you have signed a job offer, we will send the hard copy to the appropriate U.S. state credentialing board. You will receive a digital copy for your personal records.

4. Extra Hard Copy Request

If you need an additional hard copy of your evaluation, it is available for $45.00 plus shipping.
