Recently, our educators were recognized and featured for the outstanding contributions they bring to classrooms and communities across the U.S. This recognition reflects not just their individual talents, but the spirit of encouragement and professional growth that we champion at I-Bridge.

A Deep Dive into Alisal Union School District|

As part of their journey, our newly hired teachers had the opportunity to participate in the New Teachers Academy with Alisal Union School District. Day two of the academy was packed with valuable insights:

• Learning how the District’s electronic boards support classroom instruction.

• Exploring the Special Education Program and understanding how to create inclusive, supportive environments.

• Gaining a clear overview of English Language Development (ELD) practices.

• Diving deep into math instruction by grade level, ensuring they’re equipped to meet diverse student needs.

These sessions provided our teachers with the tools and confidence to step into their classrooms prepared, empowered, and inspired to make a difference.

A Teacher Story: Building Community and Memories

Beyond professional learning, the academy embraced the theme “A Teacher Story”, creating space for camaraderie and celebration. Our educators posed for fun, themed photos to commemorate the start of their journeys. A special moment came when we captured a group photo of our proud Filipino contingent — a powerful reminder of the diverse talent shaping the future of education. Mabuhay!
